Jon Speight

As Vice President of Business Development, Jon's primary responsibilities are driving growth and expanding the services offered at Sterling Financial Group. He is also in charge of team management and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending his time with friends and family, hosting bonfires, doing yardwork, and spending time with his pets. He is also a big fan of Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter franchises amongst many other films. Some of his passions and talents include playing guitar, working on computers, and soccer.
