As Business Manager, Jon's primary responsibilities are managing client communications on service issues as well as supporting marketing. Jon manages the interns and all internal staff training. He also manages, resolves, and updates all technology issues for Sterling Financial Group. He is currently in training to become a Junior Financial Planner at Sterling.
Jon is in his senior year at Old Dominion University getting his Bachelor's degree in Finance.
Jon has been with Sterling since 2018.
Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending his time with friends and family, hosting bonfires, doing yardwork, and spending time with his cats Boba and Jango. He is also a big fan of Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter franchises amongst many other films. His favorite genre of music is country, although he will listen to just about anything. Some of his passions and talents include playing guitar, working on computers, and soccer.
